Anyone else catch this movie? http://www.sonypictures.com/homevideo/premiumrush/

Full disclosure, my wife and I were caprive audience on a westbound AA flight from ORD to SNA on Sunday. Sorry CK, not enough time in the layover in ORD to visit.

Having just spent four days and three nights in Manhattan and the general NYC area the roads were very familiar to both of us. And as cyclists we were almost complelled to watch.

So the frequent switching from fixie to SS for stunts and special effects was a bit annoying. So too the, gee my face is sweaty looking (wet), and shoulders/chest look like they were just sprayed with a water bottle, but the rest of my boddy is bone dry! Yeah, all cyclists look like that.

Entertaining - yes. Realistic, I don't think so.

Fortunately I have a few cycling clips from my sessions at the LA Velodrome on my iPhone. So when the lady next to me got all excited about how they were riding bikes without brakes I had to show her what track racing was all about. Almost had to fight to get my phone back as it was rapidly getting passed around!

If you have some time to kill on the trainer, this may be a good flick to watch as it will numb your mind as fast as the seat numbs your #%&s!?

    Enjoy.

Hah! I just watched in Saturday while I was a captive on United, returning from Taiwan.

Have to admit, it wasn't anywhere as bad as I imagined....although the shots of the girlfriend were sooooo bad and fake. I also larfed that he bunny-hopped a 3 ft fence on a fixie.....ummm, how about "no fookin' way"?

Not high art by any stretch, but served the purpose of killin' 2 hours on the plane.

    Just say "NO!!" to WCP!
