Is JP coming into some form just in time to have a good end of the season and maybe step on the box at another worlds? I would love to see it! The fifth place today has to be great for his head!

Page is racing better than earlier this year but dont use Saturday's race in Bredene as a marker. It's a lower level race with a sub-par entry list, with the exception of the top few riders. Im only speculating but the top guys (Nys, Albert and Stybar) probably were not going full gas ahead of Sunday's SuperPrestige race. A look at the top 10 shows some less than stellar names, which reveals the level of competition.

    1. Sven Nys in 58'51"
    2. Niels Albert same time
    3. Zdenek Stybar 2"
    4. Sven Vanthourenhout 11"
    5. Jonathan Page (VS) 17"
    6. Ben Berden 1'33"
    7. Dieter Vanthourenhout 1'36"
    8. Isaac Suarez (Spa) 2'05"
    9. Julian Alaphilippe (Fra) 2'17"
    10. Bart Verschueren 2'40"

Jacobus got it right, Bredene is just a Start Money race for the fast guys. Cruise around for 50 minutes then drill it for the last lap.
