I wish you all the best in 2013, I'm very glad to put 2012 into the books, it started out sour, got worse, but it did end on a high note for me.
No ride today, 10 inches of snow yesterday, the temps dropped to 11 last night, so I now live in an ice rink!! Lucky to have made it home last night from the shop!!! The ride in the morning was fantastic in the fresh snow though

I slept through it until being awakened by the sound of fireworks. 2012 was tough. The only good part (well, REALLY good part) was getting married to my beautiful wife. The rest sucked. Figure things can only go up from here so I have high hopes for 2013.

I, too am glad to put 2012 in the books for personal and professional reasons. Fortunately 2013 is looking up (seems to be a theme, no?)

Big miles, good health and all that to all. Off to the couch for the football-a-thon with the boy

To borrow from our big cc cousins, keep the rubber side down.

I've always had a soft spot for the Harley guys. In my racing days long ago, when no one wore tight black shorts, colorful jerseys, Italian shoes and shaved their legs, tough guys on hogs used to pull up next to me at lights, spend the whole sequence studying this very different creature, hit the throttle and give me a big thumbs up!

So, may your worst injuries be saddle sores and razor cuts!

In the same book as many. Glad 2012 is done and look forward to a better and more rewarding 2013.

Hope you all fare well in 2013!

2012 was excellent for both work and play. Will be hard to repeat, let alone beat in 2013 but will give it a shot.

So far off to a rough start, woke up with a cold and headache so the planned early morning ride got ditched. Instead doing some lifting of stones and building a path between rows of raspberries in backyard.

Happy New Year! 2012 ended with a call from my son at 9:00 pm from the ED. He was hit on his motorcycle. He's ok except for some road rash. Yes he did have his helmet on. The driver of the car was cited. Lets hope 2013 is a safe one for everyone.

2012 was significant for me: engaged, fiancee moved in, and we found a house, fortunately not too far away. Mileage was down from previous years, but I am hoping to have a lot more free time once My Old House sells...

Best to all for a healthy and happy new year!

@Spud: glad your son is OK!
