Foot update - good news!

    Did lots of research and my foot pain was caused by my shows being tied too tight. Lesson learned. Foot felt fine last night and I rode for 3 hours today with no issues at all. I am still going to take a break from running to play it safe!

    When you start back into running, go slow and don't put on alot of miles quickly. I would definitely advise at least 2 weeks of no running before you start up again. Start with a much slower pace then you normally would. Listen to your body and stop at the first sign of pain. DON'T try and run through the pain.
