I'm glad Lance is going to blow the lid off, I hope it's a kill shot that will change cycling as we have known it.

Armstrong testifying against Weisel, Bruyneel, Ferrari, and the UCI is absolutely brilliant.

To see Verbruggen and "Fat" Pat McQuaid squirming in their seats is worth the price of admission.

He'll take the bad eggs down with him so at least something good will come out of this but he has an agenda that we don't know about. He has had three months to plan and consult with hi-powered attorneys his agenda and now he is fessing up. It's out of character and I smell a bad fish. As David Howman, director general of the World Anti-Doping Agency said:

I don't believe that Armstrong would testify in other cases to help clean up the sport until it happens.
“This guy is an enigma and nobody really knows what he is going to do, no matter what he says,” Howman said. “I think he’s got his own demons to deal with, but nothing can be done about his lifetime ban when he hasn’t done anything to help us yet.”

ESPN reported this AM that the Justice Dept has recommended joining Flandis' whistleblower suit.

As much as everyone thought this whole thing was over last fall, it is just starting to heat up....

    Just say "NO!!" to WCP!

we'll see how this plays out. with all the lawyers and other types of known prevaricators of the truth involved, pretty sure everything being done is to tilt the field in boy wonder's favor. the fat lady has yet to sing and I would advise all to be skeptical of anything coming from the armstrong camp.

every part if this whole fiasco is being "managed" and the general public is being treated like rubes in a carnival show. If boy wonder brings down the UCI, USAC, Tailwind, Thom Weasel(sic) and the like...great. But what if the cost results in revenue opportunities, book/movie deals and revived marketing for boy wonder? Do we really want to this sideshow at the local tri? It will be new chapter will the same old schitt we have seen for years.

I hope the feds and others take the info and stick by their guns.

I would welcome cycling being excluded from the Olympics. That whole world is crap.

Road cycling should be excluded from the Olympics! Trackies are clean for the most part and that should stay. The US hasn't had a clean roadie race the Olympics since the 70's. And yes I think TJ, Phinney, Dombroski, and the rest are on dope. They all have rode and still ride for the some of the biggest doping institutions in cycling.

No telling how many college tuitions the legal teams are billing out on this matter, but they are the only ones looking good so far.

"Trackies are clean for the most part" Apparently Stormchaser has a connection to some very good crack as smoking rocks is the only explanation for this gem.
