Just heard on the radio (Jim Rome Show) - WADA says any reduction in LA's lifetime ban will have to be preceded by a confession under oath. A TV apology is not sufficient.

    Just say "NO!!" to WCP!

Not being able to catch Rome any longer in my area, but hearing him years ago support LA's aggression when accused, I can only imagine how Rome is now wearing LA out! CK, can you elaborate on how Rome is responding to this if you have time? He always said how he gave him the benefit of the doubt and Rome was one of the few media stops he always made.

    WADA Joke.
I seriously cannot think of any ProSport that is seriously taking WADA seriously. Seriously. WADA Joke.

Boy Wonder needs the WADA in order to pursue his dream of becoming a world class bike-path-alete more than the WADA needs him. Fanboys need to learn to respect the WADA and play its games

    Polish...Congress is a joke too.

But we still have to follow their rules.

It is his word versus ours. We like our word. We like where we stand and we like our credibility."--Lance Armstrong.

I don't listen Rome's radio show anymore, but I do watch his tv show regularly and he definitely went 180 on Lance and started throwing him under the bus like he has done with Tebow (albeit two COMPLETELY different situations).

@ bc - yeah, his play today was pretty much "We all KNOW he doped....that is no surprise" and he focused on the bullying of the Andreus, Emma O'Reily, etc as reason to throw him under the bus.

You can now listen to Rome online for free at CBS Sports Radio....even better, he is followed by Doug Gottleib, who I think is really good.

Gottleib was brutal, too. Difference between Big Mac, Bonds and Boy Wonder? One is a bully

Gottleib was harsh on Oprah, too. Said she was a shill and milking this whole thing. Made fun of her sound bites. I don't think Boy Wonder is going to get a positive reception outside of the cycling world

You can also listen to Rome via I heart radio app on your smart phone.

The Ophra interview is a joke, only Lance would think he could get away with that BS.

What Armstrong still fails to grasp is half-assed apologies with people like Oprah isn't going to garner him what he is looking for.

Public opinion isn't going to sawy the good people at USADA or WADA.

@Polish-the only joke here is YOU. As your loveerboy sinks deeper and deeper into the quagmire, all you can do is impotently rant and rave on the only cycling site that hasn't banned you yet.

You get more and more pathetic with every lame post.

Not only would I say that WADA is not a joke, but they appear pretty serious about not letting UCI off the hook

As to Polish, Orbital, Spear and Resistance. There is no evidence that they will choose to believe. They are ideologues and thus have to deny and nay-say anything that doesn't advance their own idiotic agendas.

Lance is much like GW Bush. Thinks hit a triple when he was actually born on third base. Pathetic.
