That 60 yard TD scamper he had against the Packers was ridDONKulous. Dayum is that boy fast....

    Just say "NO!!" to WCP!

he played great and they really used him effectively pick at some of the Pack's flaws. Surprised Green Bay blitzed like they did, this week will be interesting to see how the Falcons adjust. Great Playoff weekend, best one in a few years. They all came to play

Jookey after watching Smith these last 7 years.......though he was performed admirably under Haubaughs tutelage the 9ers were still lacking for offense.
Kaep is a weapon that will have to reckoned with by opposing defenses beyond being a superb passer like Brady.

Jah I couldn't agree more, these were the best games on a whole I've ever witnessed.

Packers D sucks big time. He didn't look to good when Seattle killed the Niners, didn't he lose to the Rams too? Although I like him and the fact his mom is from WI and he either wanted to play for the Niners or the Packers. I hope he wins the super bowl we shall see.

But the sports story today is Mikela Shiffrin who set a record today with her third World Cup victory. No skier in the history of the sport has won 3 WC races before they turned 18, that's right she is 17 years old competing against woman who have been racing WC for 10 years. But not a big deal in the USA as the average sports fan knows as much about skiing as Paris Roubaix.

    LeMond VO2 max 95, Armstrong 82....doh

but Tom Brady is definitive of the term "douche bag" and Kaep, although appears to have the IQ significantly sub 100 [saw him interviewed], does not come across as such an A-hole.

Bob - I can't argue w/ you @ that. I think the guy needs to maybe get a tattoo or something to make him stand out from the herd a bit.

Well I suppose it's tough for a stud athlete like you Bob to appreciate what a little 17 year old girl can do. Good luck with Kaepernick I hope it works out better for you than that Armstrong guy. Please post some more pictures of yourself I love those.

James, that Armstrong guy is a distant memory, he left little if anything for me to defend at this juncture. If you've noticed I no longer partake in LA threads.
Anyway who got your dander up, If you followed BN link you'd of understood I was joking to BN other than that I was responding to Paris Roubaix/Paris Hilton (get it?) I was not demeaning Mikela Shiffrin.

I don't have any recent photos of me but here is one from back in the day when I was a climbing stud.

Hab, it's not "foot ball"' it's "brush flop". Brush against a soccer player, then watch the flop.

As for skiers, Lindsay Vaughn and Bode Miller are pretty much household names in the US.

Well done young man!. What's important is that you are doing the very best you can. No one could expect anything more. Now work on your vocabulary a bit and you could hold your own with Bob Roll!

Kaepernak is pretty amazing. But like RGIII the days of a running QB are numbered. So maybe he can stay uninjured for 2 more games and win it all? Cause next year he's guranteed to have a leg/rib/head injury from some nasty collisions that are bound to happen. Thats why guys like Manning and Brady last so long.

contain the edges, fill the lanes, soft zone and have a safety responsible for him. Funnel everything to the middle and have your big uglies clean it up. easier said than done, but that is the key. I have the feeling that the Falcons aren't really set up personnel-wise to do this (but the Pats are). That said, this is the NFL and he isn't sneaking up this week, it should be a good game. I agree with Stronz about the running QB, bit of a timebomb if you play on Sundays

For the record, Kaep got a 37 on the wonderlic. Not too shabby
