Lance Armstrong interview details: Denies forcing teammates to dope, confronts bullying charges

    http://www.washingtonpost.com/sports/othersports/lance-armstrong-interview-details-denies-forcing-teammates-to-dope-confronts-bullying-charges/2013/01/16/34340714-6024-11e2-9940-6fc488f3fecd_story.html

Well this should quench lot of premature people who spokeout before the interview was aired about what was in the interview.

Get your bike out, go for a ride, fresh air some sun.... just get out of that basement! Take two aspirin and call me in the morning if you don't feel better. This too will pass.

Fun stuff to read ten years gone...

It is his word versus ours. We like our word. We like where we stand and we like our credibility."--Lance Armstrong.

SOL still believes his hero is capable of telling the truth (& the whole truth) -- gotta change SOL to LOL.

It's still all conjecture until we see the interview ourselves.

+ rndude, thanks exactly my point. The people at this forum are making assumptions about what Lance said before he said it. All just pure assumptions nothing more. We know that he denied forcing others to dope and will confront the bully charges.

"at this forum"? For the uneducated and ignorant, prepositions can be tough.

You really need to work on your grammar, it diffuses whatever it is that you are attempting to communicate with others

It's not just here, the media is relentlessly reporting things that were said based on unsubstantiated information, I am just trying to ignore it all until I hear the actual words coming out of their mouths, then I will formulate my opinion. At this point we "know" nothing.

Spear, interesting that you agree about it all being assumption now, but then in your next sentence you say we "know" that he denied forcing others to dope....so which is it?

Due to his poor grammar usage it is hard to tell. I am astonished that he mastered the silent "k", maybe he did sign up for that ESL class I suggested. My offer still stands, feel free to send me the bill

rnddude " I am just trying to ignore it all until I hear the actual words coming out of their mouths,"

What kind of erudition do you expect to obtain from the mouths of Lance? Truth? Half-truths? Moral Equivocations? Denials?

Lance is just a bitter, ex-racer that has an axe to grind with all of those haters in the peloton. I mean...that's why he's waited to so long to tell the truth and come clean. It's just to save himself. ;]

rnddude, I was trying to quote the article there, not trying to make my own stuff up about what was said.

iamus, without the actual words of Lance, what are you going to go, Lance's thoughts?

Any thinking person with common sense and half a brain already knows the truth.
To me what people want to hear is how Lance tries to spin it and redefine himself to the ignorant masses. (SOL, that is masses, not asses)

This is the man known as "Lance":

I agree with rnddude. There have been forty five million articles and threads about the confession that no one has yet heard. Silly!

Jah, I have much enjoyed your grammatical analysis of 7tdf's posts. And, the bonus . . . you reminded me of a joke.

A southern bell gets on a plane and takes her seat next to a Manhatten socialite. Trying to be friendly she says, "So, where y'all from." The socialite looks at her and says, "I'm from someplace where we know not to end our sentences with prepositions." The southern bell thinks a moment and says, "So, where y'all from, bitch?"

Hey Jah, isn't the correct spelling "counterattack", and not "counter attack" as the OP titled his thread? Unless of course it was referring to an attack on a counter. DOWN WITH GRANITE! BRING BACK FORMICA! BULLNOSE EDGES ARE FOR WIMPS!

I believe you are correct, I would hate to get hit with one. Real men glue their own Formica, in Spear's case he may have huffed some of the adhesive
