First thing I checked was the bottom of the document to make sure that Haven wasn't the notary. FWIW: a little OCD isn't such a bad thing

You should use "what is" or "what's" in the future. I think you have infinitely more hope when it comes to the ability to communicate and language usage. I will let you off the hook this time with a one point deduction.
