The independent panel will eventually expose UCI's acceptance of unethical donation from LA and it's gaining momentum, but what will the implications Pat McQuaid faces. Will it be fraud and can he be charged as a criminal, or will he just get kicked out. Either way I don't think he will be re-elected. GL would an excellent candidate.

You may be right on the other points, but GL as UCI lead is not one of them. Smart as he is, GL himself distanced himself from that notion when it became a hot discussion topic. That suggestion was the end of the credible cycling group as far as I'm concerned.

UCI Dragging its feet because ... it has an LA-like complex. You might recall LA hiring a foremost PED then canning him. Maybe because he might discover something? Who knows just what this panel might find. Safer to pull an LA and just can them.
