Saw this on a facebook post by CN. In the comment section people sure don't like Floyd, I do. Gotta love the guy who brought LA's world crashing down on him. But I will say that Floyd fairness fund and the book were pretty jacked up.

    LeMond VO2 max 95, Armstrong 82....doh

Good for him. I still have his book,if I ever see him I'll ask him to sign it Maybe ask him to put a red circle with a slash through it on the cover?
    Would be very collectible.

He must be feeling confident again after his role in bringing Lance down.

I guess he has redeemed himself to a certain degree. He has been part of the solution, which is far more than we can say about another American cyclist of some notoriety.

Sorry, don't have much respect for Floyd. While he may have told the truth (eventually), his actions prior to that are pretty sleazy. Especially threatening to expose the sexual abuse Lemond suffered as a child.

    Just say "NO!!" to WCP!

So many other great fondos being run by good guys. Why bother with one by Flandis?

Is Horner racing this year? Can't find any evidence of it.

Honey Badger don't care what you guys think. Honey Badger KNOWS his TdF Victory was more awesome than 2 of Greg's combined. Tied for awesome with Greg's other.

Anyway, should be a grand gran fondo. Hope they have waffles at the reststops!

The fact tht Floyd started all of this and is now riding free in fondos should bother a lot of people who cycle. Do people really want to see Floyd cycle or someone who won 7 Tour de Frances? If Armstrong were riding these fondos think of how popular they would be. But thanks to floyd not getting his coveted job he wanted we are all subjected to drinking from the poisoned well. Way to go Floyd. + As usual to Polish and Lacne and Flicker and all of those who support unpopular causes.

To be fair 7spear - I was a Floyd fan when he was popular(Stage17). Then a fan when he became unpopular(sleep on couch). And a fan when he became popular again(E-mails). Still a fan now that he is unpopular? again.

I really think the future is GranFondo/Strava/Etc. No USADA Crap there. Lance should forget ProCycling and support REAL Cycling imo. Regular Folks. Honest Hard Working Folks.

++ Polish as usual. No offence about Floyd. Did not mean any disrespect, just saying Lance could do so much more for cycling if he were riding the Gran Fondos instead of Floyd. The REAL cycling. It is good to hear about about the cycles of Floyd. Knowing some of us will be here when Lance's cycle comes up again. I think he is at the end of his popularity curve now. Very few people will be around who were always lawyal when he returns to popularity. Good to here about your story with Floyd. A reminder to everyone. I think I will get more internet time on the weekends.

polish, now that SOL's objet de désir has become persona non grata it appears that you have taken lance's place in his eyes. perhaps you could start up a little religion in a suburb of austin... waco's fairly close... put a yellow jersey on the altar with the numbers 1234567 on it.

Floyds Grand Odor$$ should be a blast, superfun guy to be around. heck of a cyclist, etc.
I appreciate Polish for his forgiveness, but I will always deem Floyd as a blackmailer, rat, and his treatment of Greg was unlamentable. Still Floyds' 2006 TdF was one of the great ones, so if Floyd is really, really sorry, for his actions,(including his 12 friends posing as Greymanrod) I guess the healing can begin. Still Floyd is way behind in the healing department, way behind UCI CYCLESHAMAN Mr.LANCE ARMSTRONG.

It would be hard to get a ticket for a Lance Grandfono. Just too popular. Could not get near him at the Tour of California.
