CK, while I admit I did not write the Wiki entry for Bjarne, I do admit it is an accurate explanation/documentation of what happened. Somehwere here in my office clutter is the Official 2008 ASO Program mini booklet that lists all the winners and 1996 is left blank.

By the way, I think the "asterisk" has now disappeared also. C'mon CK, you do not remember that whole snafu? It was not THAT long ago...
