In order to sue, you must have standing. You must be an aggrieved party who has suffered damages. These damages must result from the intentional or negligent acts of the other party -- In other words, there must be a causal nexus between the act and the damage. As well, a party cannot sue itself (their own members).
Though I like what they stand for, the MPCC seem to acting like a bunch of self-righteous dorks. I hope their credibility can survive this.
