Di2 install/carbon bike repair

I just got my system 6 back from spydercomposites and it freaking rocks. I broke the carbon frame last month on the downtube and was going to trash the frame, I meet a guy at on a coffee ride who just installed new Di2 with internal cable routing that was done at Spyder composites. I bought a Di2 group about a month ago but didn't want to install the group until I bought a new frame, after talking to Spyder about fixing the downtube they agreed to install my Di2 group with the battery pack in the downtube and internal wire routing throughout the frame when the repair was being fixed. I can't tell how much I'm pleased with the carbon bike repair and Di2 install, not only does the frame look and ride like new but the Di2 is the best investment to date, and this comes form a die-hard campy guy fo-life! Anyway, the bike rides like new and I feel like I got a better bike for less then a new bike without Di2.

I highly recommend Spyder Composites for any carbon bike repair or Di2 install. They also delivered the frame to my local shop.

BTW-OC next time you need a carbon frame fixed use your local guys, Spyder does work for In-cycle (I beleive thats your team??)

You could possibly now have one of the coolest bikes on the planet.
I had my down tube repaired by Calfee. They did a very good job, as well.
The worst part was shipping the bike from Cincinnati to California.
When I got the bike back, I noticed that they had repaired the seat mast, too. It mustta got damaged on the way out there. They didn't even mention it but I was cool with it because fixed. U

Whenm Ipost a pic I use photo bucket website. It's pretty easy. You just copy and paste. I get both websites going in seperate windows. You follow?
ON photo bucket there are choices under your pics, to transfer to different websites. I think i use the one that says "IMG code" .

Now I gotta go mow the jungle which my yard is becoming.

hey storm chaser, mind if i ask you what you paid for your Di2? am thinking of going that route but Competitive Cyclist lists the upgrade kit for $3k but that is way, way beyond the budget.

Di2 is awesome, a buddy of mine who owns an LBS here, says he's not sure he'll ever go back to Campy, he's been running the Di2 since spring
and now Ultegra Electric is coming, so prices will be cheaper than the DA stuff.
I ridden his bike, this stuff rocks!

Where does the battery go? Can it be easily removed for replacement?

I am considering a Di2 Giant Defy in a few months and I wanna know all about this hidden battery thing.

    Lance who??
